richard petty driving experience-RPDE

The richard petty driving experience offers several types of events that are sure to fulfill the need for speed in every race fan.  The goal of RPDE is to provide the most exciting and unique motorsport entertainment experience in the country.

One of the first driving programs that you can be apart of is called Ride-Alongs, which is where you get the opportunity to ride shotgun in a 2 seat stock car while a professional instructor drives a 3 lap Nascar qualifying run at speeds upwards of 150 mph.

The next program in line is called Driving Experience which has over a dozen categories.  But regardless of the type of experience they all are centered around giving the participant the ability to actually get behind the wheel of the car and drive a minimal of 8 laps up to 80 laps depending on which package you enroll in. The RPDE staff does require that you be able to drive a manual transmission.

Now if you don’t want to drive but still would like to see how it feels to be in a real race situation than the Ultimate Race Experience is for you.  In this driving program you get to take the passenger seat and ride for a minimal of 6 laps while other stock cars run side by side with you and engage in drafting and passing in order to cross the checkered flag first.

Now what we have given you is a brief outline of each Richard Petty Driving Experience package, but be sure all of these experiences include a lot more behind the scenes interaction that we did not go into.  Also RPDE is offered throughout the country at these tracks and race facilities:
